Neighbours officially makes the move to its new home this week, as hundreds of classic episodes launch on for UK viewers and Prime Video for Australian fans.
Amazon stepped in to save Neighbours late last year and sweetened the deal by snapping up the rights to the show's old episodes too.
While we'll have to wait until the second half of 2023 before the new season of Neighbours begins, the classics will be thankfully be available to tide us over.
But what on earth is Freevee and how do you get it? Don't worry, we've got you covered.
Neighbours' UK fans (and anyone curious from the US) will be able to watch classic episodes on from Thursday, February 23.
The initial drop will include a specially-selected group of legendary episodes from the show's history, featuring early TV appearances from the likes of Margot Robbie, Russell Crowe, Kylie Minogue, Jason Donovan, Guy Pearce, Natalie Imbruglia and Liam Hemsworth.
Additionally, the February 23 release will include the entirety of Neighbours' 2012 season, which ran for 240 episodes. That's a lot of Neighbours and we're here for it.
Need a quick refresher on what was happening in 2012? Well, it was the year of the teen car crash involving Chris, Summer, Natasha and Andrew, the shock affair between Paul and Priya, Lucas and Vanessa's wedding, Toadie's proposal to Sonya, and Chris and Aidan's first kiss.
Beyond this, a classic season of Neighbours will launch on Freevee each month until the new series debuts later this year.
Amazon Freevee is a free streaming service supported by advertising, so fans won't have to pay a penny to tune into Neighbours.
The Freevee app is available on iOS and Android mobile devices, as well as Fire TV devices, Android TV, Google TV, Xbox and PlayStation 5.
Freevee can also be accessed through your web browser and through the Freevee channel on the Prime Video app.
Some smart TVs also have the Freevee app available – you can see the full list .
Freevee also contains thousands of movies and TV shows which are available to watch for free. Prior to picking up Neighbours, the streaming service was probably best known for having the exclusive rights to Judge Judy's new show Judy Justice, which drops new episodes daily.
Another way for UK and US fans to watch classic Neighbours will be through dedicated Neighbours-only FAST channels, which will also be available on Freevee.
These will launch on Tuesday, February 28, so there's not long to wait for these either.
FAST channels are free ad-supported streaming channels, which broadcast around the clock – a bit like an internet version of a regular TV channel.
Two of these will include "Neighbours – Looking Back" (Channel 1) and "Best of Neighbours" (Channel 2).
In Australia and New Zealand, things are a little different. The Neighbours classics will be available to watch on Prime Video, so fans in these territories will need to be customers to watch.
Aside from that, it's the same deal as with the UK and US – viewers in Australia and New Zealand will get the selection of legendary episodes and 2012 season from Thursday, February 23.
Beyond that, a classic season will be released on Prime Video every month ahead of Neighbours' return later in the year.
Neighbours will return for a brand new season in the second half of 2023.
Stefan Dennis (Paul Robinson), Alan Fletcher (Karl Kennedy), Jackie Woodburne (Susan Kennedy) and Ryan Moloney (Toadie Rebecchi) have all signed up to reprise their roles for the revival.
Further cast signings are likely to be revealed in the coming weeks, since filming for the new series starts in April.
In the UK, new episodes will – you guessed it – air on .
In Australia, Network Ten will retain the first-run rights to new Neighbours, with the episodes then screening a week later on Prime Video.
Neighbours returns in the second half of 2023 with new episodes streaming free on Amazon Freevee in the UK and US. Network 10 will retain first-run rights in Australia for the new series.
